Myriam earned her diploma at the University of Vienna in 2021 where she studied history and political education as well as French as a foreign language. Within the framework of economic and social history, her thesis focused on the phenomenon of Remote Work (Heimarbeit) in Vorarlberg and in Eastern Switzerland between 1750 and 1995. As part of the DATAREV team, she focuses on farm accountancy data in German-speaking countries in the period between 1870 and 1945. The task of data collection and quantification will be the basis for my doctoral thesis, examining the involved social and economic circumstances.
